These options are available for both athletes and non-athlete clients. Training programs can be customized to fit the desired goals.

Our workouts are designed to prevent injury, increase mobility and flexibility, increase full body strength, and improve cardiovascular conditioning. Our program is intended to help you feel stronger, be more confident, and be healthier.
Evan grew up in the small town of Minden, ON. He played six years of AAA hockey with the Central Ontario Wolves and North Central Ontario Predators. At the age of 17 Evan made the jump to tier II Junior A with the Lindsay
Muskies. At the age of 20 Evan committed to NCAA division III Morrisville State Mustangs where he studied "Sports Nutrition Fitness Management". In his Junior year at Morrisville he suffered a career ending Cervical Fracture.
Evan wanted to stay involved in Hockey even though he couldn’t play anymore. He started coaching at the AAA level and is now coaching with the tier II Junior A Whitby Fury where he’s also the Head Strength Coach. Hockey & Fitness have always been a large role in his life. At the age of 18 he purchased a small business (Haliburton Elite Athletic Training) where he worked with young athletes in the community. He has been working with athletes / non-athletes for 12+ years now.
After having extensively trained throughout his career, he knows from a personal standpoint just how effective the right training can be for an athlete. The reduction of injuries is crucial if you are serious about your overall performance throughout the longevity of their career. It's only logical to start looking after your body and health.
